Every single member of the staff from front desk, valet, housekeeping, even the driver were exceptional. Special attention to detail was appreciated. Perfectly clean. Every request is important and attention is given.

The location, hotel and staff were excellent as you can always be assured the are at a Peninsula property. Champagne toast at 8:00pm while we were having dinner was a nice touch.

Everyone, from the maids to the reception to the valets were extremely friendly and welcoming. Beautiful location and large room. Also loved the rooftop restaurant.
